The Haryana government has launched a public grievances redressal portal.

"It's a a centralised public grievance redressal and monitoring system (Harsamadhan) to make the public grievance redress system more effective, an official release said here today.

It said 'Harsamadhan' was a convenient and user-friendly mechanism to meet public aspirations. Grievances lodged by the citizens could be linked to official website of concerned departments.

User ID and password had already been forwarded to the departments through e-mail and by post.

The grievances received from public were being transferred online to concerned departments for immediate necessary action. Nodal officers had been appointed in each department both at the headquarters and district level and they have been asked to check e-mails daily and take appropriate action accordingly.
