Union Home Secretary R K Singh called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and discussed various issues, including the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and rehabilitation of militants returning from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

During the hour-long meeting held on Wednesday night, Vohra and Singh discussed issues related to internal security and border management of the state, a spokesman of the Raj Bhawan said.

AFSPA, issues relating to the militants who had gone to PoK for illegal arms training and are now returning via the Nepal route, lands and buildings occupied by the army and other security forces and counter-terrorism measures were also discussed during the meeting.
