"The government has decided to observe September 25 as the Lok Seva Guarantee Day in the state every year," Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh Public Relations Department Rakesh Shrivastava told PTI.

Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, while reviewing the progress of the Act on Sunday during the Commissioner and Collector's conference directed the officials to ensure opening of at least one centre in each city of the state by September 25 under the Act.
